In addition to our range of regular events including the Lobster & Seafood Festivals, Wine Tasting Events and 10 course Regional Dinners we will also be holding the following very special events during 2010. We dearly hope that you can join us.
Our new live music nights will feature some of our favourite musicians, enjoy a drink and listen to good music; from jazz to flamenco, blues to bluegrass and classical gas to funky brass.
A few free nibbles alongside an ice cold Peroni, cocktail or a glass of chilled Prosecco will put you in the right frame of mind for the weekend!
Space is very limited in our intimate Enoteca (feel free to take a look upstairs, ask staff if closed) so if you are planning on dining with us beforehand please let us know when you arrive so we can save you a space!
Live music sets sometime between 8.00 p.m and 9.30 : choose your favourites tunes from the free play vinyl jukebox in between sets.
No Charge but will we pass one of Gip’s hats around for the musicians. Space is strictly limited so first come ensures entrance.
For anyone who hasn't been to one of our little soirees, we all get to the Salumeria at 8pm where we eat a 4 course dinner that dunt taste like chicken (unless it is chicken of course). Everyone gets a drink in then we have an hour or so of entertainment. It is very cosy with just enough room for 30 people. The food, company, booze and artist will all be excellent and the price for dinner is £29.50 per person.
Last year was the 50th anniversary of the release of 'Kind of Blue', the landmark L.P of Miles Davies which became the biggest selling Jazz record in History. Tonight ace trumpet player Simon Beddoe and his combo join us and pay homage to one of the most influential musicians ever with a set celebrating the music of Miles Davis.

Gip's old music and DJ partner Lubi has started a twice monthly live music night with top DJ's (like Gip and Lubi!) playing soul, funk, jazz and reggae. A great night out in a nice grown up basement club.
